Major accomplishments are centered around HIV and Hep C Integration:

We established a Roseburg Hepatitis C Task Force in 2003. We partner with the Douglas County Health Department and the Roseburg VA Medical Center to offer presentations to promote Hep C awareness. Monthly support groups are hosted by ADAPT for persons affected by Hep C. It is held on the second Thursday at 6:00 PM. For more information call Paul Farmer, 541-672-2691.

In conjunction with Roche Labratories, we sponsored an evening dinner presentation featuring Doctors Atif Zaman and Ken Ingram from the OHSU Hepatology Clinic in Portland, OR. Local physicians, staff from our community clinic, the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Douglas and Coos County Health Departments, addiction treatment programs, the Cow Creek Tribe, and paramedics participated.
